Here at Pacific Company we want to take the worry out of working with someone new. Below you will find how we can help you and everything you need to know about getting started with us.
If you have looked at our website or read anything about us you have probably gathered that we are experts when it comes to screen printing. However, we also specialize in embroidery and promotional products.
What a lot of people do not realize is that you don’t need to know exactly what you want before you come to us. We know what questions to ask so that we can save you the time and effort of doing research. From there we will send you the best options that fit in your budget and will meet your deadline. We are here to make your life a little bit easier when it comes to your big projects.

So, what do you need to get started with us?
- A basic idea for your project – Whether it is t-shirts, hats, or water bottles that’s the best place to get started on researching options for you!
- Your budget – We need to know your price range so we can find the best options for you. Even if you don’t have a specific number in mind just having a general idea helps us out.
- Your logo/design – We need to know how many colors we will be working with to give you an accurate price. If you don’t have a logo or design yet, don’t worry! We’ve got a graphic designer in house that can work with you!
- Quantities – We do adjust the prices based off the quantity that you order. So in order to give you an accurate quote we need an idea of how many items you are looking at. Even if it is just a rough estimate.
After we have that information we can do all the research for you and send you the best options to meet your needs. Once you have narrowed down the options to what you want to go with we will mock up your design on the products. This way you can see a proof before we start printing. As soon as we have the go ahead from you, your order is added to our calendar for production. Our fantastic production team will take it from there and we will let you know when your order is complete!
Promotional Products
If you are ordering promotional products it is very similar to order apparel. The main difference is we don’t do the production in house. We outsource our promotional products to one of our 1000’s of capable suppliers. Most of which we are able to source on the west coast, cutting down on shipping time and costs.
