IMG_2679 | Our HistoryOur history starts with Steve Decker opening his doors in June of 1994 as Cantalopewear.  He always knew that he wanted to run his own business. With this goal in mind he pursued an accounting degree at the University of Idaho. Degree in hand he chose to teach himself how to screen-print. With a small loan for equipment he was up and running.

In 1998 we expanded into the wholesale banner business and with that we decided that a name change was in order. Cantalopewear would no longer work, we needed a name that would not put a limit on the products and services offered and the decision was made to change to Pacific Company. The name not only reflects the region in which we live, but also where we service our customers.

In 2000 we added wholesale signs to the growing list of products and services offered. Ten years later we purchased the equipment needed to print large format flat stock in high volumes. In the following years we have added a large format digital UV flatbed and the grand format banner printing to our offerings.

One thing that we live by at Pacific Company is that we always deliver on what we promise.  Even if that means sometimes we have to eat it financially or swallow our pride to get the job done.

The company is continuing to grow at a steady rate and we are continually adding diversity to our services, product mix and equipment to help our customers be successful.

Our History Is Made By …

“The whole key to this deal is the employees. Without the people that work here none of this could happen. We have been very lucky to have some really great people work here in the last 20 years. I feel an obligation to make this business successful for them more than for myself.” –Steve Decker
